About Scott Machtemes

The San Antonio area has been my home for over 23 years. After being stationed here in 2003, I bought my first home and have watched San Antonio, and the surrounding communities grow and change while raising my family.

I've experienced first-hand the challenges of relocating, buying, and selling a home while preparing for a move. I understand exactly what people are going through when dealing with a realtor and know the importance of having someone they can rely on throughout the entire process.

My background includes business development, finance, risk management, looking for practical solutions, and evaluating opportunities. This experience gives me a practical, business-minded approach to real estate. I look beyond the transaction to understand the property, the numbers, the market, and, most importantly, people’s needs.

I am driven, analytical, and purposeful; guided by integrity and accountability. I believe in being prepared, understanding the risks, treating people fairly, and following through on my commitments. I value trust, genuine relationships, and being someone others can depend on. My philosophy is Carpe Omnia — “Seize Every Opportunity.” It means embracing life to the fullest: recognizing opportunities, prepare yourself for them, have the confidence to act, and own whatever happens.
